Originally scheduled for April 20, the announcement was&nbsp;postponed this year because of the pandemic. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">Pulitzer administrator Dana Canedy exercised social distancing and made the announcement via YouTube from her living room. \u201cMore than ever, this moment highlights journalism\u2019s mission to provide a vital public service.
