All the recipes go back at least three generations, and some are fifth- and sixth-generation Texas cuisine.<\/p>\n<p id=\"u158851-27\">More than half of the recipes are for desserts \u2014 cakes, pies, cookies and puddings \u2014 which seems appropriate.
